Order Processing

Unfortunately, we do not accept any type of insurance or Medicare.

We process all orders immediately and start the shipping process within a few hours if not sooner. 

Day/Time ordered:

Orders after 3pm EST Monday-Friday, on weekends, or holidays will process the next business day

A few possible reasons as to why your order was cancelled/refunded:

  1. You did not respond to an important email from Diabetic Warehouse regarding a time sensitive email. 
  2. You may have placed a duplicate order and we automatically refunded it to make sure you were not charged twice.
  3. Order was flagged as “Highly Fraudulent” and was refunded (in this case, please place an order again and provide us with the following information in the ‘Notes’ section during checkout):

Your debit / credit card will only be charged once

If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the second charge you are seeing is an authorization

. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear and is ‘pending’ (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

 

A couple things could be the issue:

  • Credit card information
  • Billing or shipping address

Please double check you’re entering in the exact address associated with your card. Most times it is a simple typo, a zip code discrepancy, or not listing the apartment number!

Card Troubleshooting:

  • Double-check all card info
  • Confirm your billing address (especially your zip code)

Still not working? Contact your bank and make sure they have the correct info.

Other Options:

  • Use another card

“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled.”

Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. However, if you give our team a call we would be happy to walk you through the appropriate process. You can also just place a new order for the new item. 

After you complete the checkout process and reach the thank you page you will receive your confirmation email with details about your order.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation* to the email address you entered on your order. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

*If did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add support@accudiabeticwarehouse.com to your safe sender list.

Please notify us at Customer Service (support@accudiabeticwarehouse.com) ) ASAP if you have entered your address incorrectly during checkout.

If your package has already left our facility, please see if USPS (for US-Customers) can intercept your package before returning the package back to our facility.

All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility for paying for the shipping fees associated with the order. Once the package returns to our facility, we will refund the order for the total amount that was spent on the payment (minus shipping fees).

Diabetic Warehouse will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment(s) to an incorrect address.

After you place an order, you will receive an email immediately upon checkout confirming you of its confirmation. Further emails pertaining to the status of your order, such as notification once your order is shipped, along with its tracking number for delivery, will be sent to you.

Please note that all emails regarding the status of an order will be addressed to the email address you provided at Checkout.

Discount/Coupon Codes

Sorry partner! Only ONE code may be used per order. 

Enter your coupon code in the “Discount Code” section during the checkout process. Hit apply and the discount amount will be reflected on the order total immediately!

Shipping & Delivery

At accudiabeticwarehouse Warehouse  EVERYTHING you buy ships FREE

 via our fast 3-5-day shipping method and as long as your order is placed before 3pm EST it will be shipped the same day it is placed! If you would like to choose a quicker shipping method, we offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver and the cost varies based on your zip code and total weight of your order but the approximate cost will be as follows:

All orders ship the same day they are placed as long as it’s before 3pm EST Monday-Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping times are based on the type of shipping selected at checkout. Please note these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in the time frame stated below. Unfortunately, shipping companies will vary in how fast/slow they can deliver your package. After we hand your package over to the shipping provider, the time it takes for delivery is completely out of our control.

The tracking number is in your confirmation email.

  • Confirmation email with the tracking number is automatically emailed to you shortly after we ship your order. The link will take about 24-48 hours to show any updates.

Please notify us at Customer Service (support@accudiabeticwarehouse.com) ASAP if you have entered your address incorrectly during checkout.

Please do the following before contacting our Customer Service Team:

Contact your local Post Office and see if the package has arrived at the facility (please give them your tracking number)Inquire any neighboring units, complex management (for apartments/condos), etc. to see if the package has been misplaced If the package is not found, Diabetic Warehouse will reimburse you for the full amount that was spent on the merchandise in the form of store credit (minus shipping and handling). A tracking link with the “Delivered” message confirms that what we sent out has arrived at the address you provided, but we will cover your cost with store credit in this specific scenario.

Customer Accounts

Once you have created an account, you can login at any time using the email address and password chosen during your Sign Up. If you have forgotten your password, you may retrieve it by selecting the “Forgot your password?” link found to the right of the Account Login.

If your email is registered in our system, we will send the password to that email address.
